This was Southern Hospitality at its best! These guys were awesome! We were there for a four day Hog hunt and saw tons of pigs. They are mostly feral with some Russian. I ended up missing a nice hog on day three after passing up several earlier hoping for a monster. The rifle guys in camp with us were stacking them up every night but we were all bow hunting. They had comfortable stands and blinds and the accommodations were great. Soft beds, comfortable lounging areas and plenty of hot water for the showers. I have to give a special mention to the cooks here. The food was simple home cooking and it was unbelievable. All southern cuisine including a whole hog barbecue that put on several pounds in one setting! Even after we were so full it hurt, we still wanted to eat some more, it was that good. The atmosphere was just like being around hunting buddies you had known all your life. Singing and joking around were the norm and we all had a great time. Can't wait to go back.
But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear.
